Free space and setting the north (as a metaphor of a good way) in the centre of the house.
This table was made for a newly married couple that lives in a small apartment. Because of that, they need to save all the space as they can. With this in mind, the legs of the table were placed in the corner attached to the top. the joinery allows not to put any other structural element leaving all the space under the table free for the legs, admitting 8 persons in a narrow surface
